My background is as a technology architect, business analyst and programmer having 15+ years of experience with software development focused on implementing web technology platforms and improving user experience and information architecture. I am experienced in all aspects of planning, building, evaluating and managing the development and procurement of web and network-based systems and services, with a particular focus on functional requirements, process design, user experience and information security. I have experience from a wide variety of sectors, including e-health and food safety, education, finance and insurance, automotive services, municipal services, electric utilities and property management.
