How to increase operational margins with automation

With a people mind as a psychologist in essence, I have been in different industries such as consultancy in Deloitte, Marketing and Communications in both Media and Financial sectors and over the past 8 years in Healthcare running Innovation with Digital Transformation and Operations, with market and new business expansion.
