I am a business consultant with a background in legal services. Having been a lawyer for over 20 years, I have worked with all kinds of businesses ranging from multinational household brands through to startups. I have a excellent grasp of contracts and legal relationships but also the practicilities outside the rigid constraints of contracts. 

I have previous experience being an advisor to founders and Boards. I am currently advising a technology start up on their growth plans and their investment round strategy. 

Apart from my legal experience, I have just completed an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) at University of Sheffield.  


My work mainly consist of: 

1. Formulating internationalisation strategy; 
2. Sourcing materials/goods from markets; 
3. Appointment of agents/distributors; 
4. In-country representation;
5. Advising founders and boards on growth, expansion and investment issues.
