From calculating our own CO2 footprint, to identifying and calculating savings. But also how we can present savings to classic solutions as a "sustainability advantage" was worked out in the strategy workshop. Tobias and Evolvia convinced us with creative approaches. The systematic identification of our CO2 drivers in the company alone would have been worth the consulting project. Building on the strategy development, we started a separate project together, where all our specifications were calculated quickly and with a high level of understanding of our initial situation.
