1) Validating the Opportunity: Ensure you're solving a real problem through regular, thorough research to understand customer pain points. Assess market size and potential to ensure the problem is significant and worth solving, and that customers are willing to pay for it.

2) Building the Early Product: Focus on progress over perfection. Prioritize your roadmap, break it down into smaller phases, and build a prototype for feedback before scaling up.

3) Going to Market: Success requires more than just launching. Develop marketing strategies early—consider product positioning, messaging, pricing, channels, and partnerships. Constantly test and refine with customers.

We will start with discovering, validating and articulating the customer Needs. This is typically led by a fractional CPO (Chief Product Officer/ Product Consultant/Founder) at startups with everyone else's collaboration. Let's call this the Product Strategy stream. 
Through this exercise, we should expect to build a foundation for data and research backed product strategy, execution roadmap, customer and market research, capabilities and prioritization framework, pricing and go to market startegies.
