Well, I can tell you from my experience, that nowadays you can build a team from scratch or recruit new talent, for free, in exchance for company shares.
I've done that with my current startup, where in 2 months I gathered 11 professionals from all around the world, willing to help me build my startup.
Our session will start with assesing your current state (15 minutes): your colleagues, your business idea, your goals.
Afterwards, in the next 15 minutes I'll help you identify and write the profiles of the team members / employees who are missing in your startup.
