The general liability risks and their avoidance through suitable compliance measures are highlighted.
It is best to receive a list of questions in advance, which I am happy to address. It would be optimal if any foundation deeds were sent in advance by e-mail so that the organisation of the respective foundation can be taken into account (bodies such as advisory board, beneficiary assembly, supervisory board, etc.).
In addition, I make recommendations as to which measures best fulfil the duties of the foundation board (regular board meetings, list of topics for these, requesting reports from any associated companies, etc.)
After this call, one knows how one should organise a foundation board mandate and which other compliance measures and requirements should be expediently observed.
I will also be happy to provide an overview of the related tax law and answer any questions. The same applies to corresponding requirements vis-à-vis the management of any associated companies. Rules of procedure within the board of directors can also be recommended and discussed.
If desired, I can also report on attractive sub-foundation solutions in Austria and Liechtenstein as well as their advantages and disadvantages and costs.
