Alessandra works with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, top talents and teams across all functions, industries and sectors. Her approach to change encompasses an inside-out transformation and a systemic perspective. 

Her work aims at building capacity at two levels (1) creating 'containers' for amplified impact (structures, processes, strategies, visions, relationships, etc.) and (2) strenghtening resources and mastery for greater efficacy. 

Her current focus is in bringing a systemic approach to teams and organizations, to develop more fulfilling and generative collaborations, and greater capacity for dialogue, innovation and change.
