Vittoria started her career in Project Management and Consulting (strategy and business development), and worked across a number of European countries (Italy, UK, NL).
She has than transitioned in the world of Coaching and spent the last 8 years supporting professionals from various industries (banking, nutrition, insurance, travel, finance, education) as well as from media, startups and Fortune 500 MNC (Google, Facebook, Axa, DBS) in the Asia Pacific region (Singapore, Thailand and Philippines), Europe and America.
Passionate about social leadership, Vittoria is always in the quest for extreme challenges with the aim to support women and communities affected by trauma, violence and neglect around the world through education and finance empowerment. She is also dedicated to support women leadership with the vision of a world where half of all leaders are women.
