The following service contents are included in the all-inclusive price:
Review and comparison of existing processes against ISO 9001 standard requirements - Process identification and comparison with standard requirements (3 hours)
Update and creation of the necessary preliminary and verification documentation for the introduction of a QMS - Support in the new creation of documentation for certification readiness incl. checklists and templates such as: Risk management, context of the organization, etc. (15 hours)
Auditing of the QM system according to standard requirement ISO 9001:2015 as system audit incl. audit checklist and audit report (6 hours)
Preparation of a QMH as well as support in the preparation of your management review (4 hours)
Currently the consulting service can be subsidized with 50% by BAFA.
