Such advice can also help to avoid future problems or conflicts that may arise due to an inappropriate legal form.

Christian Gusenbauer studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Linz und absolvierte neben der Rechtsanwaltsprüfung auch die Richteramts- und Notariatsprüfung.
