I've done that with my current startup, where in 2 months I gathered 11 professionals from all around the world, willing to help me build my startup.
Our session will start with assesing your current state (15 minutes): your colleagues, your business idea, your goals.
Afterwards, in the next 15 minutes I'll help you identify and write the profiles of the team members / employees who are missing in your startup.
The last 30 minutes are for creating job listings, publishing on LinkedIn and I'll show you how to setup a recruiting process which you can run automatically and won't take much of your time.
