Create syndication agreement

Voting behaviour between shareholders or special rights concerning share transfers are normally not regulated in the shareholders' agreement, but in the form of a syndicate agreement. This is a supplement to the partnership agreement, which is open to public inspection, in order to regulate certain legal aspects between partners and the company in confidence. This usually includes: voting/voting agreements/voting behaviour between the shareholders on important decisions (ratio of voting shares),
financing regulations of the company, corporate governance, economic relationships of syndicate partners to the company and to each other, conflict resolution mechanisms, agreement on distribution regulations (e.g. profit distributions), special rights and obligations of the shareholders.
