How do you find your first developer for your startup?
This question can be very challenging.
My offer is that in the consultation I give insights into my daily work for example how developers look for jobs and which jobs they prefer and why they choose a startup.
There are a lot of factors that influence the decision for or against a job offer and in most cases it is definitely not the salary!
