Advising on the choice of legal form can help to understand the advantages and disadvantages of different legal forms and to choose the one that best fits the needs and goals of the start-up. Such advice can also help to avoid future problems or conflicts that may arise due to an inappropriate legal form.

Christian Gusenbauer ist seit 10/2019 als Rechtsanwalt bei EY Law – Pelzmann Gall Größ Rechtsanwälte GmbH tätig und verantwortet seit 01/2020 die Rechtsberatung in der Linzer Niederlassung von EY Law.
Zuvor war er Rechtsanwalt bei der Herbst Kinsky Rechtsanwälte GmbH (bis 2019) und davor Rechtsanwaltsanwärter bei eben dieser.
Christian Gusenbauer studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Linz und absolvierte neben der Rechtsanwaltsprüfung auch die Richteramts- und Notariatsprüfung.
