Then we go through a series of questions together online, which I explain to you.
I make sure that you understand the questions correctly and answer them realistically.
I provide you with the valuation report as a PDF from Dealmatrix. The PDF report is 10 pages long and contains a brief description of your company, your strengths, possible returns for investors and the valuation results. The following methods are used: Berkus, VC Rating Vennionaire, Payne, VC Method, First Chicago Method and an average of the different valuation methods.
As a preparation you should have your financial planning at hand, especially sales and costs.
This service can be offered at such a low cost because I use very automated tools, e.g. Dealmatrix, which is also used by VCs, and because I have done this several times, so I have become quite efficient with it.

You are right here, if you have a clear vision, a great team, have already invested your on money and that from family and friends and probably business angels. You should also have at least some kind of MVP (minimum valuable product) and in the best case show growing revenues.
